The Mokopuna Ora Conference 2025 is grounded in a powerful kaupapa: To inspire and challenge participants to think critically and creatively about the future of care and protection which reflects the aspirations they hold for their mokopuna, whaanau, and communities.

We will be sharing experiences, exploring what has been tried, and reflecting on both the successes and challenges, with the aim of shaping bold and transformative action for mokopuna, whaanau, and communities.

The conference will feature:

• Plenary sessions led by keynote speakers who will challenge and inspire
• Breakout Sessions focused on specific kaupapa and guided by expert presenters

This conference is intended for indigenous groups involved with or operating within the care and protection / Mokopuna Ora space.
